Yesterday I discovered that I have been walking around for the past two weeks with a broken finger. I thought I had sprained it, but as it didn't get any better I went to see a doctor who took some x-rays of my hand and told me it was broken. It is a fracture in the joint of the finger, and it seriously didn't hurt that bad! I could move my finger, although not entirely, but I thought it had to do with it being so swollen.
I was actually kind of excited to have some x-rays taken, but sadly I never got to see them which I'm a little angry about now.
One doctor said that I would probably need an operation and have some kind of pins inserted into the bone to make it heal correctly, but I ended up with just a splint and some bandages.
Lucky for me I'm right handed and the finger I broke is on the left hand, so I'm not entirely handicapped.
In the days before I found out my finger was actually broken I managed to get quite a lot of work done, especially on my new bjd project:
She will be double jointed, and I'm hoping to finish her soon so that I can cast her! She has a name, but I won't tell until she's finished...
I'm also hoping to be able to start selling the Myling #1 dolls very soon, just a few more days/weeks to work out some things!
